Discovery call

A 30 to 60 minute conversation to understand your objectives, your audience, and what success looks like. No pitch deck, no pressure.

Proposal

A tailored plan with creative direction, recommended venues, and transparent pricing. You review before any commitment.

SOW and MSA

Once you're ready to move forward, we formalize the scope and agreement. Clear deliverables, clear terms, no surprises later.

Event planning

Venue sourcing, food and beverage design, AV, logistics, and creative direction through DINEvent Design Lab. You stay informed, not buried.

Execution

On site leadership to run logistics, vendors, and program flow. For larger programs, that includes a dedicated project manager assigned to your event. You show up and lead the room.

Post event follow up

A formal debrief covering what worked, what to refine, and what comes next. This is why our clients come back.
