DINEvent offers a simple solution to the complexity and time it takes to plan private dining and group events. Our complimentary services save our clients time and enables them to leverage our catering and event dining relationships and expertise. Based on each client's unique preferences, DINEvent will research and evaluate venues that best suit your needs. We check availability, gather pricing and menu information, identify parking options and summarize a description of each available option for you to choose from in an easy to understand Recommendation. From the list of recommended venues, our clients select which venue they like best and always have the option of requesting an advance search should none of the initial options ideally suit the request.
As an added service, once the venue has been selected, DINEvent will happily continue to serve as your agent throughout the entire planning process. If you choose, DINEvent will assist in making menu selections, follow-up with the restaurants and manage the entire process on your behalf.
Following each event, DINEvent will evaluate your experience and the performance of the selected Partners and will seek a satisfactory resolution on your behalf. That information is then entered into our National Event Dining Database (NEDD) to mitigate future risk. One simple call gives you access to the best restaurants with private and event dining!
